Shipping policy


At Crown + Skin, we aim to deliver every order with care, safety, and efficiency.
Please review our shipping guidelines below:


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 working days.

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities may receive orders earlier.

  • Remote/Interior locations may require additional time based on courier availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD orders may include a small convenience fee (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • A tracking link

    • AWB number

    • Courier name

  • You can track your shipment anytime using the link sent to your WhatsApp/SMS/Email.


5. Address & Delivery Issues

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide your full address, active phone number, and PIN code.

  • If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be marked RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In case of a fake delivery attempt or delivery failure, contact our support team immediately.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking/tampered parcel

  • A wrong item
    Contact us within 24 hours with parcel images/videos.
    We will prioritize your replacement.


7. Non-Serviceable Locations

Some remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
In such cases, our support team will contact you with alternative solutions.
